What sizes does roll come in?
You can choose from three sizes - single (80cm - 32 inches), full size (100cm - 36 inches), queen size (160cm - 60 inches). The shipped matress inside the box will be adjusted to the local standard bed width and lenght. The box in total is always 20cm (8 inches) wider than the chosen matress.
How long does it take to set up roll
The bed opens in 30 seconds and since you can roll up a sheet with the mattress, just put a pillow and a cover and you are good to go.
Will the mattress lose its quality in the box?
Our mattress is made with advanced foam technology designed for compression as are most of todays premium mattresses which are often stored for months, with no issues. Compressing mattresses is now „old“ technology and is being used for more than 20 years, with some of the pioneers of the business doing better each year, proving that the technology is there.
Our problem was how to roll a high quality high density mattress which is resistant to compression - it takes a lot of force to compress this mattress and clever engineering to do it consistently across the whole mattress.
With this in mind, the compression of the matressis lower in ROLL than industrial compression, we aimed that the compression oft he matress is never higher than if you sit on it. We have been testing the machine with a matress for almost a year now, rolling the matress up many times and so far so good, so have some good first hand experience, and based on our research on ASTM D3574 and ISO 3385 standards, we feel confident to give a 7 year limited
warranty.
How long does the mattress last?
You should replace your ROLL mattress every 7-10 years as with a normal bed, we will offer replacement mattresses.
When can I use my mattress?
Since the mattress is not severely compressed it can be used immediately, but we found out during testing that in very cold environments it can take up to one hour for the mattress reach its normal comfortability.
