1. Seller Information

ROLLBed d.o.o.
Prisavlje 10, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
Company / VAT ID: HR15060072816

In these Terms, “ROLLBed”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean ROLLBed d.o.o., the seller. “ROLL” means the product you are buying.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to visitors of the Website, to customers purchasing for delivery within the United States, and to all quotations, orders and sales unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in §14.

You confirm that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy; that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and that the information you give at checkout is accurate and complete.

Our Shipping, Returns & Warranty document for your market sets out our delivery, returns and warranty terms in full. Where it differs from these Terms on those subjects, that document applies. On everything else — orders, pricing, intellectual property, liability and governing law — these Terms apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable state or federal law that cannot lawfully be waived.

2.1 Consumers and trade customers

You are a consumer if you are buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession.

We treat your order as a trade order, governed by our Trade Terms, where you supply a business name, tax identification number or other business registration number at checkout, or where we agree trade terms with you in writing by email. Trade orders are not eligible for the 30-day return in §8.

If you supplied business details but are buying as a consumer, tell us at support@rollbed.co before delivery and we will treat your order as a consumer order.

We do not reclassify an order as a trade order after it has been accepted.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because furniture is manufactured rather than printed, reasonable differences may occur between images and the delivered product — color, upholstery texture, wood grain, stitching, manufacturing tolerances, monitor and mobile display differences, photographic lighting, and batch variation.

Images, videos, renders, illustrations, lifestyle photography and 3D visualizations are illustrative. Dimensions include tolerances normal within the furniture industry.

3.1 Fit and access

Before ordering, please check that the product fits the intended room; that entrances, staircases, elevators, corridors and turns allow delivery; that any required electrical connection is available; and that the mattress dimensions suit your selected product.

Where delivery to your chosen room proves impossible because of access not disclosed to us, the delivery crew leaves the product at the nearest accessible point at your address. This does not affect your right to return the product under §8.

3.2 Configuration

Where you configure a product — color, finish, water resistance, accessories or other selectable options — you are responsible for checking your selections before completing checkout. Configured products remain eligible for the 30-day return in §8.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The automated acknowledgement you receive confirms receipt only and is not acceptance.

A binding contract is formed when we send an Order Confirmation expressly accepting the order, or ship the products — whichever occurs first.

Until then we may reject or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, availability, production limitations, payment failure, suspected fraud, sanctions compliance, export or shipping restrictions, technical errors, or inability to fulfill the selected configuration. Any payment received is refunded to the original payment method.

5. Prices, Taxes, Duties and Payment

5.1 Import duties — delivered duty paid

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, customs charges and brokerage fees are paid by us and are already included in the price you see. You will not receive a separate customs, duty or brokerage invoice for your order.

If a carrier or customs authority nonetheless invoices you for duty or import charges on an order we have accepted, contact support@rollbed.co and we will settle or reimburse it.

This does not apply where you arrange your own freight, or ask us to ship to a territory not listed at checkout.

5.2 Sales and use tax

Prices shown exclude state and local sales tax.

Where we are required to collect sales or use tax in your state, it is calculated and shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay. Where we are not required to collect it, no sales tax is charged, and depending on your state you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax on your purchase.

5.3 State environmental and stewardship fees

Where your state requires a mattress recycling fee, stewardship assessment or similar charge on the sale of a mattress, that fee is shown as a separate line item at checkout and is remitted to the administering body. These fees are set by state law and are not determined by us.

5.4 Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe and other providers available at checkout. ROLLBed does not receive or store complete payment card details. By submitting payment you authorize the relevant provider to charge the total shown.

5.5 Ownership and risk

Ownership remains with ROLLBed until payment is received in full. Risk of loss or damage passes when the products are physically delivered to you or to a person you have authorized to receive them.

6. Production and Reservations

6.1 Made-to-order production

ROLL products are manufactured after an order is placed. Estimated production and delivery times appear on the product page and in your Order Confirmation, and you see the estimated window before you pay.

Schedules may be affected by manufacturing capacity, supplier availability, quality control, shipping, customs inspections, weather, force majeure and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We tell you about significant delays as soon as we reasonably can.

If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will offer you the choice of a revised date or a full refund, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Once production has commenced, modifications may no longer be possible.

6.2 Reservations and deposits

Where we offer a reservation, deposit or pre-order window, the amount paid secures your place in the production queue and is credited in full against the purchase price.

Reservation and deposit amounts are fully refundable at any time before they are converted into an order. This includes Kickstarter VIP reservations: if a VIP reservation is not converted into a confirmed order, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method on request.

A reservation is not a contract of sale. The contract forms under §4.

7. Delivery

We manufacture in China and ship through our logistics partners.

7.1 Delivery service level

We deliver to your room of choice where that service is available. A two-person delivery crew carries the product to the room you nominate and sets it down there, boxed. Assembly and packaging removal are not included unless stated.

We are working with our logistics partners to extend room-of-choice delivery across every area we sell to, and it is not yet available everywhere. If we cannot provide it to your address, we will tell you before we ship. You may then either accept threshold delivery — to the first accessible ground-floor point at your address — or cancel your order for a full refund.

Both services are included in the price and neither costs extra. If you accept threshold delivery and later change your mind about the product, exactly the same return terms apply as if the product had been carried into your room.

7.2 Your responsibilities

Please ensure that delivery information is accurate, that someone is available to receive the delivery, that the address is safely accessible, and that any building access restriction is disclosed before shipment.

Missed deliveries: if a scheduled delivery cannot be completed because nobody is present or access was not as described, we rebook once at no charge. If a second attempt fails for the same reason, we may pass on the carrier’s actual redelivery or storage charge, which we will tell you about before rebooking.

If delivery becomes impossible for reasons attributable to you, we may cancel the order after reasonable notice and deduct costs actually incurred.

7.3 Inspection and transit damage

On delivery, please inspect the packaging and product as soon as you reasonably can.

If you see damage, it helps us if you photograph the packaging before opening, photograph the damage, keep the packaging until the claim is resolved, and tell us at support@rollbed.co.

These are requests, not conditions. They let us resolve carrier claims quickly, but failure to provide them does not affect your right to a remedy for a product that arrived damaged.

The delivery crew photographs your product on delivery and you receive a copy.

8. 30-Day Returns

You may return the ROLL cabinet within thirty (30) days of delivery.

  • No return fee.
  • Free return shipping — we organize and pay for collection.
  • The delivery crew comes to you and brings everything needed to pack it.

8.1 The mattress is not returned and is not refunded

We do not take the mattress back, and the mattress price is not refunded.

RefundedThe total price you paid, less the amount below
Not refundedThe mattress — $350 Queen, $250 Twin. Yours to keep

We cannot resell a mattress that has been in someone’s home, so every ROLL we ship carries a new one. Rather than collect yours and send it to landfill, we would rather it stayed useful — keep it, pass it on, or donate it.

A return therefore costs you $350 for a Queen or $250 for a Twin, and nothing else. There is no percentage fee and no shipping charge.

8.2 Condition

Set it up, operate the mechanism, live with it for a month — that is what the 30 days are for and it costs you nothing.

If the cabinet is returned damaged, incomplete, or with the mechanism impaired, we charge the actual cost of repair or of the replacement parts needed — itemized, with dated photographs sent to you before your refund is issued. We add no fee on top of that cost.

8.3 Packaging and photographs

Please keep the original packaging — it makes collection faster. It is not required; the crew brings a pallet, edge protection and wrapping if you no longer have it, and your return is unaffected either way.

Please photograph the cabinet before it is packed — six sides plus the mechanism, on the day of collection. This protects you if anything is damaged in transit.

8.4 Refund

We refund the total price you paid, less the mattress amount above and less any repair cost under §8.2. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

8.5 Starting a return

To start a return, simply email support@rollbed.co with your order number and a brief note that you wish to return your ROLL.

We will confirm your return, provide a Return Authorization, and arrange a convenient collection date. Collection is typically scheduled within 3–15 business days, depending on your location and availability.

The delivery team brings all required packing materials, so you do not need to prepare anything other than ensuring the cabinet is accessible for collection.

9. Limited Warranty

This is a Limited Warranty for the purposes of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It is available for review before purchase on this page and on each product page.

Warrantor: ROLLBed d.o.o., Prisavlje 10, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia · support@rollbed.co · +385 91 798 9669
Who is covered: the original purchaser. Where: products delivered within the United States.

9.1 ROLL cabinet and mechanism — 2 years

We warrant the cabinet, frame, motor, gearbox, drive chain, clutch, control board, wiring, frame welds and joints, cabinet structure and tensioning system against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from delivery.

9.2 ROLL mattress — 5 years, not prorated

We warrant the ROLL mattress against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from delivery. Covered defects and the claim procedure are set out in full in our Shipping, Returns & Warranty. The threshold for a permanent indentation claim is 20 mm, measured with the mattress unweighted against its nominal height of 140 mm.

Mattress claims are assessed from photographs. You do not need to return the mattress, and normal staining or soiling from ordinary use does not affect your warranty.

9.3 What we will do

We will repair the product, send you the necessary part, or replace the unit — at our option, whichever suits the fault. Where a complete replacement is required, we ship the replacement before collecting the original, so you are not left without a bed. All warranty remedies, including shipping and collection, are at no cost to you.

9.4 What is not covered

Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, use contrary to the instructions, commercial or short-term-let use, incorrect electrical supply, or exceeding the published weight limit of 300 lbs (135 kg). Cosmetic wear from ordinary use and normal aging of materials are not defects.

Normal staining and soiling from ordinary use does not affect the mattress warranty — we assess whether the foam has failed, not how the mattress looks. Staining and soiling are not themselves defects and are not covered. Also not covered: the smell of a new mattress in the first days after unpacking, which comes from the composition of the foam, is not harmful and clears with normal ventilation; colour change in the foam over time; pilling of the cover fabric; and obsolescence where we later release a newer model or specification.

9.5 How to claim

Email support@rollbed.co with your order number and photographs. We may ask for further reasonable information before arranging a remedy.

9.6 Implied warranties

This Limited Warranty does not exclude or replace the implied warranties that apply to your purchase under state law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Where state law permits, the duration of any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty period above.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

9.7 Informal dispute resolution

Before bringing a claim under this Limited Warranty, please contact us at support@rollbed.co. We aim to resolve warranty matters informally and without cost to you. §14.1 sets out our informal resolution commitment.

10. Product Safety and California Proposition 65

ROLL products must be assembled, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the supplied instructions, and are intended for normal residential indoor use unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must not modify electrical or mechanical components; remove or bypass safety features; use incompatible replacement parts or accessories; exceed the published weight limit; operate a damaged product; or continue using a product that appears to malfunction.

Moving parts create pinch and crush hazards. Children should never operate the product without adult supervision. Keep pets, clothing, cables and personal belongings clear of moving components during operation.

ROLLBed is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper assembly, installation, modification, misuse or failure to follow the supplied instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10.1 California Proposition 65

California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act requires businesses to warn Californians about significant exposures to listed chemicals.

We assess our products and their materials against Proposition 65 requirements and provide any warning that is required, on the product page and on the product itself, before purchase. Where no warning appears, it is because we have determined that no warning is required for that product.

Questions about the substances used in ROLL products may be sent to support@rollbed.co.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to the Website and ROLL products remains the exclusive property of ROLLBed d.o.o. or its licensors — trademarks, logos, trade names, product designs, industrial designs, patents and applications, copyright, photographs, videos, renders, CAD files, technical drawings, software, website content, text, graphics, icons, product configurators, interface elements, databases and marketing materials.

Nothing on the Website transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

You may access and print portions of the Website for personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or purchasing ROLL products. Without our prior written consent you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any part of the Website or our products, except where applicable law expressly permits.

12. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use it, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it is lawful and not misleading, defamatory or abusive.

You grant ROLLBed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, display and distribute that content to operate, improve and promote our business. You may withdraw this license at any time by contacting support@rollbed.co, after which we will cease new use within a reasonable period, though we are not required to recall material already printed or distributed.

We may, but need not, remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

13. Website Use, Liability and Force Majeure

13.1 Website use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security measures, scrape or automatically collect content without permission, use the Website unlawfully, place fraudulent orders, or impersonate another person or organization.

Our Website is hosted using Shopify and integrates third-party services including payment processors, analytics, logistics, marketing and social media providers, whose own terms and privacy policies may apply.

13.2 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, ROLLBed is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, business interruption or data loss.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

For business customers, our total aggregate liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant products.

13.3 Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor shortages, governmental action, sanctions, supplier failures, manufacturing interruptions, raw material shortages, shipping disruption, customs delays, port congestion, transport failures, utility outages, cyber incidents and internet failures.

14. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

14.1 Informal resolution first

Before starting arbitration, please contact us at support@rollbed.co with a short description of the dispute and the relief you seek. We commit to trying to resolve the matter informally for sixty (60) days. Neither party may commence arbitration until this period has passed, and any limitation period is tolled while it runs.

14.2 Agreement to arbitrate

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your order, or any ROLL product shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

The arbitrator, and not any court, decides all issues relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability and formation of this arbitration agreement — except that a court has exclusive authority to decide whether §14.4 is enforceable.

This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

14.3 Your right to opt out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement. Send written notice within thirty (30) days of your first order, stating your name, address, order number and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration, to support@rollbed.co or to the postal address in §1.

Opting out costs you nothing and will not affect your order, your return rights or your warranty in any way. If you opt out, §15 governs your disputes instead.

14.4 Class action waiver

Arbitration is on an individual basis only. You and ROLLBed agree that neither may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general or other representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding.

If this paragraph is found unenforceable as to any claim or remedy, that claim or remedy shall be severed and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the remaining claims shall proceed in arbitration.

14.5 Exceptions

This section does not apply to:

  • Small claims court. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, in your county of residence, instead of arbitration.
  • Intellectual property. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

14.6 Procedure, location and costs

Arbitration is conducted in the county where you reside, or — at your election — by telephone, video conference, or on written submissions only.

We pay the arbitration filing, administrative and arbitrator fees to the extent required by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, and in any event to the extent those fees exceed what you would pay to file in court. Each party otherwise bears its own attorneys’ fees, except where a statute or the arbitrator’s award provides otherwise.

The arbitrator may award any relief available in court on an individual basis, including statutory damages and attorneys’ fees where a statute provides for them. The award is final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.7 Coordinated filings

If twenty-five (25) or more claimants file substantially similar demands for arbitration represented by the same or coordinated counsel, the parties will cooperate with the AAA to resolve them in staged batches of no more than fifty (50), with a single arbitrator per batch, and any limitation period is tolled for claims awaiting their batch. This paragraph does not limit any individual claimant’s right to a decision on the merits.

14.8 Survival

This section survives termination of these Terms and any cancellation, return or refund.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and all contracts formed through the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the state in which you reside.

Where §14 does not apply — because you have opted out, or because a claim falls within §14.5 — disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. General

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it or of any other right.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer ours provided this does not reduce your rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping, Returns & Warranty, Trade Terms, Order Confirmation and any product-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and ROLLBed regarding your purchase.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, legal requirements or services. The version in effect when your order is accepted continues to govern that purchase.
